Ebrard too "re-arranged" to accomplish a goal, not sure how any religion's high-profile events should operate. All I know is that there are interests involved in making a path through population centers, some of them organized interests and not just innocents or the unfortunate. I hope they seek to handle things well, that they have a good outcome, and that all sectors seek to respect the religious event.
